For non-technical founders
Aldemis Foundry gives you a monthly allocation of AI-assisted development hours, directed by senior technologists who have built and scaled companies for over 25 years. You bring the idea and the customers. We build the product.

Aldemis Foundry is run by Aldemis — a boutique advisory partnership working with growth-stage technology businesses across fintech, SaaS and regulated sectors. The people directing your build have been CEOs and CTOs themselves.
How it works
No jargon, no hiring, no fifty-page specifications. A simple monthly rhythm that keeps your product moving.
Step 01
We start with a conversation about your idea, your customers and what the first version genuinely needs to do. We translate that into a build plan — and tell you honestly if something isn't worth building yet.
Step 02
Your monthly development hours are put to work by our team using AI-assisted engineering, always reviewed and directed by experienced technologists. You get more product for your money than traditional agency development.
Step 03
Through the Foundry tool you see progress, capture feedback from your customers, and steer what gets built next. Regular calls keep decisions quick and the roadmap honest.
What you get
Your window into the build. Track progress, review what's been shipped, gather customer feedback and shape the evolution of your MVP — all in one place, designed for people who don't write code.
A monthly allocation of engineering time, amplified by AI tooling and quality-controlled by senior engineers. The AI does the heavy lifting; experienced humans make sure it's built properly and remains yours to keep.
Scheduled calls each month to review progress, make decisions and reprioritise. Short, structured and focused on moving your product forward — not billing you for meetings.
On Build and Scale plans, quarterly sessions with Aldemis senior partners on technology strategy, product strategy, go to market and positioning — the conversations founders normally can't get until they can afford a board.
Who it's for

Three products, three different problems, all of them live. The numbers on each are the bit that matters: how quickly an idea became something real people could use, and how quickly it matured into a market

Questions
Our engineers use modern AI coding tools to move dramatically faster than traditional development — which is how we deliver this much build capacity at these prices. Every line is reviewed, tested and architected by experienced humans. You get the speed of AI with the judgement of senior engineers, not unchecked machine output.
You do. Everything we build for you is your intellectual property. If you leave, you take your codebase, your data and your product with you — cleanly documented and ready to hand to a future in-house team.
Foundry is designed for MVPs and early-stage products: web applications, mobile apps for iOS and Android, customer portals, marketplaces, SaaS tools, internal platforms and integrations. If your idea needs something we're not the right fit for, we'll say so on the intro call rather than take your money.
Hours are a monthly allocation rather than a bank, which is how we keep a dedicated team available to you. In practice we plan each month's work together on your calls, so the allocation is put to deliberate use rather than left on the table.
Yes. Plans are monthly and you can move up, move down or stop as your needs change. Most founders start on Start or Build and step up as customer demand grows.
Agencies typically quote fixed projects at £50k+ and bill for change requests; freelancers vary wildly in quality and availability. Foundry gives you a continuous, senior-directed build capability with strategic input from partners who have run technology companies — at a monthly price you can plan around.
